Supported formats include Mkv, Mp4, m3u8, hls livestreams, video, music, torrents, and images over https in Full HD quality.

For XBOX ONE or Series X/S Setup: Go to Settings → System → Preferences → Xbox App Connectivity → "Allow connections from any device" AND "Allow PlayTo Streaming". For XBOX 360 Setup, follow the instructions at http://support.xbox.com/ar-SA/xbox-360/system/playto-Setup. Note that MKV and livestreams are not supported on the Xbox 360.

To use Castie on your XBOX One or Series X or S, simply search for it and download from the store. Please remember that this app is only compatible with Microsoft XBOX streaming devices.

Castie allows you to browse the web and stream any desired video or music directly to your gaming device. By visiting your favorite website, you can tap on the detected media to play. Additionally, you can stream from local network DLNA/Upnp or Samba folders.

1. Load Castie and allow it a moment to detect your devices; then select one. Ensure you are connected to the same local WiFi as the device you wish to connect to.
2. Use the Castie Web-Browser to locate a WWW media file and hit "Tap here to play" once detected.
   • Use DLNA/UPNP/SAMBA support for local network media browsing.
   • Browse through local device support for playing media files.
